1. Project Overview

1. Introduction of the venue. The China Animation Museum (hereinafter referred to as "Animation Museum") is the country's first "national brand" animation theme museum approved by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the China Animation Society. It integrates exhibition, collection, education, experience, academic and other functions. It aims to build a modern animation museum with the largest scale, the richest exhibits and the most authoritative content in China, the first in China and the first in the world.

2. Venue Services

(1) Responsible for all kinds of information desk telephone answering, service consultation, lost and found, tracing broadcast and other convenient services in the exhibition area of the museum.

(3) Be responsible for recording, sorting and feedback of audience visit and reception information.

(2) responsible for the animation library books to find, borrow and finishing work.

(3) Be responsible for the experience guidance, operation and order maintenance of various multimedia and interactive exhibition facilities and equipment in the exhibition area.

(4) Be responsible for the inspection, entrance and exit control, audience guidance and order maintenance of the theater.

(5) Be responsible for the daily simple operation and sanitary cleaning of theater facilities and equipment, and assist in theater performances, cinema screenings, conference security, etc.

(6) Be responsible for contacting with maintenance suppliers of facilities and equipment in theaters and exhibition areas, handling all kinds of software and hardware failures in time, and supervising the implementation of all kinds of maintenance plans.

(7) Assist the safety management department to properly and reasonably handle all kinds of emergencies.

(8) Other work related to venue services.

 

3. Safety officer on duty service

(1) According to the relevant requirements of museum safety officer management, provide daytime safety officer supervision and inspection and venue night safety officer duty service, perform the duties of safety officer, and carefully make duty records.

The (I) purchaser shall conduct centralized management of the outsourcing service management organization formed by the transaction supplier.

According to the actual situation of the mobile museum, the (II) transaction supplier shall establish various rules and regulations for the management, recruitment, training and assessment of professional and technical service personnel, which shall be reported to the purchaser before implementation and implemented with the consent of the purchaser.

(III) the purchaser has the right to directly participate in and approve some important job settings, personnel recruitment and management decisions, and the purchaser can consult the financial status and financial statements of the closing supplier if he deems it necessary.

The professional and technical service personnel provided by the (V) transaction supplier must be resident in the venue.

The (VII) transaction supplier shall strictly review the employed personnel to ensure that the employed personnel have no criminal record.
