When the fan equipment starts to work, the vibration of the bearing part is very small, but with the lengthening of the running time, the dust in the fan will be unevenly attached to the impeller, gradually destroying the dynamic balance of the fan and gradually increasing the bearing vibration. Once the vibration reaches the allowable value of the fan of 11 mm/s, it is necessary to stop the machine for repair (remove dust accumulation and redo the dynamic balance).
Every time the motor itself and the motor cooling impeller should be cleaned of oil and dust, which can cool the motor itself by 2-4 ℃, so that the motor can dissipate heat well.
During normal operation, butter should be added to the fan bearing within 120-150(5-6 days) hours, and records should be made to ensure that the oil is in place and the gear oil tank ensures the normal oil level.
The equipment gap is small, and the impeller will be stained with sludge in the air during normal operation for a long time, resulting in greater friction between the impellers, which not only damages the impeller and makes noise, but also changes the gap between the gears, thereby increasing the friction between the impellers. Therefore, when conveying the air medium, its dust content should not be greater than 100mg/m3, should be diligent in replacing the fan inlet filter cloth (according to the air volume weekly replacement), clean the fan room, ensure the purity of air raw materials, and clean the fan impeller once every six months, and make records.

Regularly remove dust, dirt and other impurities on the impeller.
