In order not to cause uneven stress of local bolts to be sheared after loosening, we must check the bolt torque regularly. When the ambient temperature is lower than -5 ℃, the torque should be reduced to 80% of the rated torque for tightening, and the temperature is higher than -5 ℃ for reexamination.
Dry oil lubrication parts are generator bearings, yaw bearings, yaw teeth, etc. These components due to the high operating temperature, easy to deteriorate, resulting in bearing wear, regular maintenance, it must be added every time. In addition, the supplementary dosage of the generator bearing must be added according to the required quantity, not too much, to prevent too much after squeezing into the motor winding, so that the motor burns out.
The functional tests for regular maintenance mainly include over-speed test, emergency shutdown test, fixed value test of hydraulic system components, vibration switch test and twisted cable switch test. Some regular tests can also be performed on the limit set value of the controller. In addition to the above three items, regular maintenance should also check the hydraulic oil level, whether the sensors are damaged, whether the power supply of the sensors works reliably, and the wear of the brake pads and discs.
