Whenever possible, must keep the impeller clean, and regularly with wire brush to the above dust and rust, etc., because with the longer running time, the dust can not be evenly attached to the centrifugal fan impeller, resulting in centrifugal fan impeller balance damage, and even cause rotor vibration.
As long as the centrifugal fan impeller is repaired, it needs to be balanced again.
If possible, you can use portable test balancing instrument in the field balance.
Before dynamic balancing, all set bolts must be checked for tightening. Because the centrifugal fan impeller has been running in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have become loose.
